What BRIO House keeps when you send a booking request, and why.
What we collect
When you send a request we keep your name, the contact details you choose to give (email or phone), your stay choice, dates, guest count and any notes you write. If you contact BRIO on Zalo, we see what Zalo shows us.
Why
To answer your request, confirm a booking, send arrival information and keep the house calendar accurate. We do not use your details for anything else without asking.
Where it lives
In BRIO's booking database, reachable only by BRIO staff who manage bookings. Messages are sent by email or Zalo, depending on what you gave us.
How long
Booking and guest details are kept for 24 months after your last stay. Requests that never became a stay are deleted after 12 months. Ask us and we delete sooner.
Your choices
Ask BRIO at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Use the contact details below.
Analytics
The website counts page views and booking steps without cookies and without personal details.
