A request is not a booking until BRIO confirms it.
Requests and confirmation
Send your preferred room or whole-house dates and guest count. BRIO checks the live calendar and replies with availability, the final rate and the next step. Your stay is confirmed only when BRIO confirms it in writing.
Rates and payment
Rates are quoted in VND for the selected room or whole house. Any deposit, payment deadline and payment instructions will be included in BRIO’s written reply before you decide to confirm.
Changes and cancellations
The change and cancellation conditions for your dates will be included with the rate before confirmation. No unapproved policy is applied through this request form.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 14:00 and checkout is by 12:00. Earlier arrival or later departure depends on the bookings that day. Private arrival instructions are sent directly before the stay.
Whole House
A Whole House request covers all four bedrooms and the shared spaces for a group of 10–15 guests. BRIO confirms the final arrangement and rate in the reply.
